Our Approach

We approach our job with utmost commitment.

We use the principle of division of labour. This enables us to engage specialists in various fields; thus, each staff or group of staff provides the service in which it best specialises. This, coupled with the right equipment, makes us the team you should talk to, to save money and time.

01 Order Received

The requisition list comes in from the vessel's agent or purser and is logged against sailing time.

02 Sourced

Specialist staff pull stock from provisions, deck, engine and safety lines — often same day.

03 Quality Checked

Provisions pass HACCP food-safety checks before anything leaves the warehouse.

04 Delivered Dockside

Sekpo transport brings the full order to the vessel at Tema or Takoradi, on schedule.

What that looks like in practice

Working within the industry framework

Generally, our approach to work falls within the framework of ISSA, IMPA & SHIPSERV and other marine supply regulations, since we are members of these associations. We liaise with clients’ agents, officers in charge of the vessel, owners and/or charterers to provide the best supply and other services.
